Why Rehub

The difference between a form and real value

The mapping does not disappear. With Rehub it turns into something you actually profit from.

Without Rehub

  • Mapping ends up in an Excel sheet
  • Materials end up in landfill
  • Manual CO² calculation that falls outside the frameworks
  • No documentation to show
  • Mapping is a pure cost

With Rehub

  • A living material overview across the portfolio
  • Reused internally or sold externally
  • Automatic CO² by Kunnskapsarenaen 2025
  • Documented CO² savings you can use in reporting
  • Mapping turns into income and climate benefit
Results

Most of the value is in the first project

In material sales, saved landfill and documented climate benefit. From project one.

200k–2MNOK in materials to sell per project
50–300kNOK saved on landfill per project
10–50×return per year against the license
DocumentedCO² savings, yours to use

Typical figures for a mid-sized demolition or renovation project. Actual value depends on the building's materials.

Fits how you work

Rehub does not replace your process. It strengthens it.

Built on the standards and data you already use, so you get started quickly.

Our vision

We build Rehub together with the industry

Reuse is here to stay, but it is still too expensive, too time-consuming and too cumbersome. We want to change that. The vision is simple: make reuse profitable and accessible. It starts with good mapping and easy internal and external reuse. Our ambition is to make the whole value chain more efficient over time, both through our own products and together with the right partners.

Common questions

Questions and answers

What is Rehub?

A platform for reuse mapping, internal material overview, a marketplace and standards-based CO² savings. For private and public property managers.

Who is Rehub for?

Property owners, managers and advisors with demolition, renovation and tenant fit-out projects.

Do we have to sell materials externally?

No. Many start with internal reuse across the portfolio. The open marketplace is ready in the same platform when you want to sell externally.

Does the CO² calculation follow a standard?

Yes. We use the recommended method from Kunnskapsarenaen 2025, with CO² equivalents and recognised average values (EPD medians per guidance methodology). It is a decision basis, not a final greenhouse-gas account.

What does it cost?

From NOK 4,999/mo on an annual agreement, with unlimited users and projects. See the pricing page for details.

How long is onboarding?

Typically 1–2 hours. We offer free migration of existing mapping data during a pilot.

Who owns the data we register?

You own your own mapping data. Rehub stores and processes it on your behalf, and you can export it at any time.

Can an advisor do the mapping for us?

Yes. Many clients use a reuse advisor for the mapping itself. See recommended mapping partners, or have your own advisor use Rehub.

What sets Rehub apart from a spreadsheet?

Excel stops when the mapping is done. Rehub gives a living overview across the portfolio, an open marketplace and standards-based CO² savings: not just a list.

Why now

Every project without Rehub is value sent straight to landfill

The materials you don't map now are lost value and documentation you won't get back. The mapping requirement applies to all demolition, renovation and tenant fit-out projects over 100 m² or 10 tonnes. Turn it into something you profit from. Book a demo and we'll show you the flow from mapping to CO² savings in 20 minutes.
