Who pays the licence?
The building owner. The owner holds the value of the materials, bears the mapping and documentation obligation, and reaps the benefit in the carbon accounts. The cost can often be allocated to the project budget (CapEx) rather than operating expenses.
We already have an Excel template for mapping.
Excel stops when the mapping is finished. Rehub starts there: materials flow directly to a marketplace, the CO² calculation follows the recommended methodology, and the documentation is traceable. We handle uploading and migration from Excel manually. Get in touch and we will help you get started. Onboarding typically takes 1–2 hours.
How accurate is the CO² calculation?
We follow the recommended method from Kunnskapsarenaen 2025, with CO² equivalents based on recognised average values (EPD medians per guidance methodology). We continuously increase the degree of automation.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 1–2 hours. The Rehub app is mobile-optimised, so mapping happens in the field rather than in Excel afterwards. Pilots report spending less total time on mapping and reporting than before.
What is the contract period?
The annual agreement runs for 12 months. The monthly plan has no minimum commitment.
Can we migrate existing data?
Yes. We offer free migration of existing mapping data during a pilot phase.
